As an attorney, I know that it is difficult to give precise information about fees without knowing the entire situation. However, as a consumer, I appreciate when businesses list fee information on their sites. It is with that in mind that I give you a general range of fees.
Estate Planning Project based billing. Fees generally begin at $950.00 and go up based on the complexity of the plan.
- Review and analysis of client's situation, discussing of goals, wishes, and needs.

- Planning for health care decisions in the event of incapacity.
- Planning for continued management of finances in the event of incapacity.
- Planning for care of children in the event of parents' incapacity or death.
- Planning for management of assets for young children.
- Planning for children (including adult children) with special needs to ensure continuation of vital services and benefits, and protection of assets.
- Planning for disposition of property at death.
- Drafting of legal documents to memorialize and legalize those goals.
Elder Law Project based billing. Fees generally begin at $2,000.00 and go up based on the complexity of the planning, the size of the estate and the tasks involved.
- Review and revision of estate plan
- Long term care planning
- Medicaid/MassHealth planning
- Assistance with Medicaid/MassHealth Application filing
- Referral to other professionals as needed
Estate Administration Hourly billing. Current hourly rate is $240.00 per hour. Factors which impact fees are size and complexity of estate, disposition of property, relationships among heirs.
- Representation of Administrators and Executors of Estates
- Assist agents appointed under a Power of Attorney in carrying out their duties.
- Representation of persons bringing a petition for Guardianship or Conservatorship
- Assist guardians and conservators in fulfilling their reporting and accounting requirements with the Court.
- Counseling families on the possible alternatives to Guardianships and Conservatorships.
