I think the special needs tax credit is a great idea. Families, such as mine, are continually paying for services far above and beyond what would be considered reasonable for my child to get addtional, needed therapies and services such as guardianship and special education services. Kudos to those trying to introduce this in Congress. You can be sure I will contact my legislators to support your efforts!

Jaret L. Vogel

Congressman Robert Wexler (D- FL) is now sponsoring our proposed legislation for a Special Needs Tax Credit, to reimburse families up to $5,000. for the legal expenses of obtaining guardianship for their loved one.
